Regnum Plaza is a business center lobby conceived as a strong, calm, and structured interior. Here, status is expressed not through decoration, but through clarity of form, thoughtful composition, and materiality. Every detail has its place and meaning, while the overall impression is built on a sense of strength, harmony, and the value of space.
At the core of the concept is the idea of luxury as precision in design decisions. The name Regnum translates from Latin as “kingdom,” and in this project that idea is expressed through strong compositional moves, clear forms, high-quality lighting, and carefully considered details. The interior is conceived as restrained yet expressive, without unnecessary ornament.
The lobby layout includes a reception area, two lounge zones, a navigation point, a decorative partition, a lift hall, and exits to the fire escape stair. The typical floor includes a lift hall, restrooms, including an accessible restroom, and stair cores. In this project, not only materials and lighting matter, but also the clarity of spatial organization.
Lighting plays a key role in the project and becomes one of the main accents of the interior. The concept includes warm decorative fixtures, recessed and spot lighting, as well as light that guides the visitor through the space and highlights art and décor. Lighting elements appear across different planes of the interior and create a premium atmosphere throughout.
The material palette is based on natural textures and tactile surfaces emphasized by warm light. Smooth walls finished in large-format porcelain are combined with more complex textures in the reception desk and decorative objects. The interior also uses tinted glass, metal, leather in furniture, soft fabrics, and muted, layered tones. Visual impressions are reinforced by tactile ones.
