Responsibilities:

·    Estimating time and resources for design, determining the scope of work.

·    Organizing the design process for the project team.

Requirements:

·        Higher technical education.

·        At least 10 years of experience in design.

·        Experience as a Chief Project Engineer (CPE) for at least 3 years.

·        Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, government regulations, laws, and the Urban Planning Code related to construction issues.

·        Experience in coordinating the design of engineering systems at all stages (Concept, Design Stage, Working Documentation) for various types of facilities (shopping and entertainment centers, office buildings, hotel complexes, cultural and entertainment institutions, residential complexes) - with respect to budget and project schedule.

·        Experience in conducting expertise and adjusting project documentation, experience working with state and private expert organizations.

·        Experience in supporting approvals with utility supply organizations for engineering network projects.

·        Understanding of the construction market and companies involved in the design process, including companies with special experience in specialized, scientific methodologies for calculations, design, and construction.

·        Experience in coordinating project solutions when developing Special Technical Conditions with fire safety specialists.

·        Preference for candidates with conversational English.

·        Preference for candidates with knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project at an advanced user's level.

Responsibilities:

·       Development of documentation for the architectural sections (Pre-design and Working Documentation) of multi-storey residential and public buildings under the supervision of the Chief Architect.

·       Preparation of documentation in accordance with current regulations (including participation in the drafting of explanatory notes, technical assignments, etc.).

·       Management and organization of the work of a team of one or two architects or junior architects.

·       Coordination of solutions with the team and engineers/designers of related sections.

·       Preparation and issuance of technical assignments for related disciplines and constructors, analysis, and reflection of tasks received from them in architectural sections.

·       Interaction with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors.

·       Possible interaction with representatives of the Client and Experts.

·       Analysis and consideration of initial data during the development of project sections.

·       Possible implementation of author's supervision in the architectural section.

Requirements:

·        Higher architectural education.

·        Work experience of over 4 years, with at least 3 years in Working Documentation.

·        Experience at the stages of: Project Documentation (Design Stage), Working Documentation (Working Stage).

·        Experience in implementing large projects of multi-storey residential buildings and/or public buildings.

·        Experience in developing projects that have successfully passed the "Pre-design" stage in expert organizations.

·        Knowledge and ability to work with current regulatory documentation: architectural and fire safety standards, local technical specifications. Experience in calculating technical and economic indicators according to construction standards and local regulations.

·        Professional level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).

• Professional level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required), (Experience in designing a RD section in Revit for large objects in a large station. An advanced level of setting up specifications and graphics is required). Experience working collaboratively with relevant models.
